Libertia grandiflora, also known as large-flowered libertia, is a striking perennial known for its elegant, iris-like foliage and beautiful white blooms. This plant adds architectural interest to garden beds and borders with its upright, clumping habit and is particularly noted for the way its sword-shaped leaves catch the light. The star-shaped white flowers appear in late spring and early summer, standing tall above the foliage, followed by ornamental seed pods that add interest in the fall.
