Sarcococca confusa 'Winter Gem' is a compact, evergreen shrub admired for its glossy, dark green leaves and highly fragrant white flowers that bloom in the winter months. Also known as sweet box, this plant is perfect for adding winter interest to shady borders or woodland gardens. The small, creamy-white flowers may be modest in appearance, but they pack a punch with their sweet, powerful fragrance.
