Clematis Cirrhosa 'Freckles' is an evergreen climber, adored for its delicate, bell-shaped, cream flowers, speckled inside with maroon freckles. This variety blooms in winter and early spring, providing colour and interest when many other plants are dormant. The flowers are followed by attractive, silvery seedheads.
