Crocosmia 'Lucifer' is a beautiful perennial plant with tall, arching spikes of vibrant red flowers. Native to South Africa, it is a popular garden plant in many regions around the world. The plant produces sword-shaped leaves that form dense clumps, from which the striking red flowers emerge in mid to late summer. The flowers are tubular and have six petals, with long stamens that protrude out of the flower. They attract hummingbirds and other pollinators to the garden.
